Ugh.

If you could piece together your own music from the random 8-bit-esque sounds this app uses, change the tempo, and create your own music, then this app would be worth it. Right now, all you can do is hit "new song" and hope what comes out sounds anything like the music you hope this app will create. This app is not worth money yet.
