8-bit Music Generator App Reviews

If you could piece together your own music from the random 8-bit-esque sounds this app uses, change the tempo, and create your own music, then this app would be worth it. Right now, all you can do is hit "new song" and hope what comes out sounds anything like the music you hope this app will create. This app is not worth money yet.

A bunch of random bleeps and blooops are pieced together for you, and dont follow any musical structure. Would br nice to play with the samplebanks used, but you cant even do that. Save $0.99 and DONT buy this app.

Save your money, dont buy this. You dont generate music at all, it generates noise that you really dont get to control.

You dont make music. You just choose out of like ten premade songs.

Id give it less than 1 star if I could.

You can speed it up or slow it down. I thought it was going to be more of an 8 bit sounding midi creator.

This is perfect for creating background music while you work. I like the different sound settings because sometimes I just want to hear the bass without the main song parts. For 99 cents this is a really great little app!

Yeah, it generates random 8-bit songs, but the settings to tweak or edit the music is sloppy and almost non-existent. Worst 99 cents I have spent on iTunes. Avoid!

I jumped at buying this app. I now feel like the act was suicidal.

There may not be a lot of options, but I think thats the point. Some of the music that comes out of this little app is actually really cool, and I can just leave it on all day long and let it make music for me to work to. It may not be Garageband, but its not meant to be, nor do I want to spend a bunch of time making just one song. This app does that for me automatically, all day long, and it does that really well. Im really happy with it.

All i heard was silence. Also its prob my fault but i was under the impression that i could use this app to create 8bit music. But you cant Total waste of dosh

Dont download. All it does is make random music that sounds like crap. Theres barely even an ounce of personalization.

If you are mad about the lack of editing options, shut up! This is supposed to be a generator, not a composer! Great app!

Perfect music! Unless it generates a bad one maybe 1:15 bad song:good song ratio. Thinking about making a video game with friends, this music sounds like a real game sometimes! Probably the best 99 cents spent in my life so far! Dont believe the haters!

"Create an endless supply of music" YOU dont create anything. Its like a little radio station that plays 8 bit music (very poor music at that). I just wasted a dollar. Theres no point for this app. Dont buy it.

There is literally no point to this app. A dollar of my money WASTED.
